Pizza Hut

The employees are very nice and friendly. I think this is the best Pizza Hut in the Kansa City area.

If you are carrying out, you probably won't get a parking spot buy the door, chances are the delivery drivers will be there. They don't show you your order like in the old building. Be sure to open and check. I got home to find the thin crust I ordered online turned out hand tossed. Staff is always super friendly and works very hard. Orders are always done when they promised no waiting is nice.

I order from this store frequently. I have never had a bad experience. Tonight I ordered through the app and unfortunately the specialty pizza ordered was not available at the location. They called to resolve this issue and promptly sent the rest of my order out for delivery and gave me a number to call. While on the phone with the call center the partial order was delivered. I picked another specialty pizza in place of the one that was unavailable. By now honestly I was a little confused by everything going on and while checking my order I noticed that the employees at the store had actually tried to make the unavailable pizza and although it was not even close I was really impressed with the effort. 20 minutes later the same driver was back with the replacement pizza free of charge. Very nice customer service by the store employees. The lady at the call center was not so pleasant. Very good job by the evening crew.
