Really enjoyed our dinner at Dubious Claims.
Pros:
I tried their Hoppy Pale Ale and it was fantastic. My wife had the Korean bbq wrap which was delicious. Atmosphere was awesome. I actually wish our hometown had something like this so we could just sit around and have a beer... love the environment. Staff were SUPER friendly.
Cons:
To start, they were out of the beer I wanted... the IPA. No big deal as I was pleased with the Hoppy Pale Ale. Next, I ordered the BBQ brisket wrap, which she comes back five minutes later to tell me they are also out of that. I went with the Italian wrap. The flavor wasn’t bad, but all the cheese on the inside wasn’t even melted. Lastly, although our waitress was super sweet, she wasn’t very attentive.
All that said, we would definitely go back. Great place to eat and have a drink. Highly recommend.
Great beer, awesome pizza and the ambiance is one of a kind!
dubious is awesome. The owner is the best expanding is great. Fun atmosphere. Please go!
Our bartender John was very friendly and helpful with beer selections, and kept us in fresh drinks all night! We tried a flight and loved the cream ale, Irish red and the blueberry wheat. We had pizza and a brisket sandwich basket and both were awesome. All in all we loved this brewery and want to come back!
Excellent food, atmosphere and wait/bar staff. Been there 2x. Great choices of their own brew. Highly recommend. Comfortable family atmosphere. They also have growlers to go, several different sizes.
