Hayes Hamburger & Chili

This is authentic of a diner meets burger shack as you will ever find one in the Northland! Such a great little spot to get a smash burger, breakfast plate, or whatever's special on the wall. Now keep in mind the expectations.. It is a diner counter seating with several booths placed on the edge to fit 2 each in the booths. You are not coming here for a fancy night out. That being said.. the fried cauliflower was better than most. The burgers, were delicious, seasoned well, and served with grilled onions. Service was great. Atmosphere was as expected of a diner! They only accept cash so make sure you bring some with you! Will be back!

This place is great! The cheeseburgers are amazing! They have excellent breakfast also! I haven't been going there to long time but I wish I would have known about this place sooner. It's open 24 hours which is nice I work nights don't get off till about 4 - 4:30am. So it's really nice knowing there open. Check this place you will be glad you did!

This place has excellent chili cheese burgers. Excellent. Great prices at under $5 for a double chili cheese burger and under a dollar for a scoop of ice cream.
Food is served 24 hours a day, including breakfast.
While the food is great, the number of seats are few. Be prepared to wait for a seat if you come with more than yourself, or come at a non-peak hour. You definitely wouldn't bring a group here.
I don't do 5 stars often, but this place really is a gem

Awesome old school burger joint food, straight out of the 50s. Fresh pies & malts too. ONLY TAKE CASH, so plan ahead.
