Original idea ???? for fresh food to suit the fast paced lifestyle
I’ve had generally good experiences here, and have been using this location since they opened, some 10 years ago. The food is always good, and the amount of time spent waiting is usually minimal.
The store is always kept very clean and neat, and the side items are typically well-stocked.
They seem to have gotten a little slow recently, but that could easily be just a one-off. I’ll certainly continue coming here.
Nearly every time I come here, there's a totally different staff, and 9 times out of 10, the wait here is longer than what they initially project. This was was no different. I gladly waited outside for my order a few minutes more than I was told when I had called it in. The cashier, who I believe was the same woman who took my call, was very courteous both times I dealt with her. My issue was with the young man who was making the pizzas. When I went back in to pick up my pizza, I overheard him saying to another employee that HE was the manager and that that employee should relay that to customers (evidently there was an irate customer who either called or came in before me and they had to deal with that issue). He was working on another order as I waited for him to finish it so he could acknowledge me. It never happened. He proceeded to work on another order when I decided to get his attention. He responded as if I was bothering him, he handed me my pizza with an attitude, and I left.
If you're working a customer service job, there's no need for this type of response; if you're being rushed with orders, then you should still be able to be pleasant; and if you're a manager, this is not the way to represent your company. I don't know if he is a manager, like I said, I overheard his conversation and it was at the very end, but he should be the FIRST to acknowledge any customer! Anything less is unacceptable. I hope he realizes his mistake, and handles his next customer with a little more professionalism.
