Chicken N Pickle- Kansas City

I am a nurse at Saint Luke’s North on Barry Road. We have had chicken pot pies delivered to us last week & this week. I just wanted to say thank you so much for thinking of us during this difficult time. The pies were delicious & very much appreciated. I was going to call & thank you, but thought this might be a better way. Please tell all of your staff thank you from us healthcare workers. We really do appreciate it. I have been to your place when we were not in lockdown. It is a lot of fun & serves great food. Thank you again from a grateful nurse.

The atmosphere is super cool and they have an awesome patio! Unfortunately I was less than impressed with their rotisserie chicken. We got a half chicken and thought they only gave us white meat; we had to ask our waitress. She said yes, it was a half chicken, but the dark meat was very small (it was definitely a handicapped chicken). We were pretty disappointed over this, since we had planned on splitting the half chicken. Not sure how that was overlooked by the expo but oh well... Fortunately it tasted very good, just a very very small portion of chicken for $15.
Next time we will stick with a chicken sandwich.

Good food and fun for all. We ordered the wings (crispy and had nice flavor) and the grilled chicken sandwich (bacon was very good) YUM! A little on the pricey side but you get what you pay for. Can't wait to go back and try more of the menu! Nice hangout spot overall.

My daughter recommended this place. Glad she did, it was delicious! The food is great with plenty of choices but not an overwhelming amount. The atmosphere was delightful. Both young and old could enjoy it here. Lots of outside games and entertainment. Many large outside heaters were in place to enjoy the outdoors this time of year. It is a little pricey, lunch for 4 was $61.00. Will return again, highly reccommend Chicken N Pickle!!
