Vegan Crave Burgers and Bakery LLC

I tried the black bean portobello sandwich and it was crazy delicious. Like a flavor explosion in my mouth. Sweet pickles, vegan mayo, it was all just incredible. Homemade fries were awesome. We ordered 2 full orders, the only thing I would do differently would be 1 order of fries to share between us. The full Oder in BIG! 5 stars all the way, from a guy that doesn’t normally like black bean burgers much.

We didn't realize that this cool area closes during the winter, so when we stopped by for a late lunch, the owner of Vegan Crave was leaving and everything was closed. She actually reopened just for us, and whipped up the most amazing food for us in under 15 minutes! We had the Mushroom Po' Boy, The District Burger, and a full order of cheese fries. Be sure to have lots of napkins or wipes because the sandwiches are huge and full of incredible toppings. Everything was delicious, and the owner was an absolute treat to chat with. We will be back in the spring for sure! ❤️❤️

I really do love the atmosphere here at the iron district and what this little area has to offer in such a small space. Hate to say this & I really hate to leave a review that is not the best.
This is the 2nd time my girlfriend & I have eaten here. Love the idea, love the Passion behind the food. Getting a groupon for this place would be the only way I would try it again. BUT, the absolute complete overuse of salt in all the dishes literally makes me not want to try a third time.
I am mainly pescatarian and absolutely love vegan/vegetarian food but not when the main thing i think about is injesting an entire days worth of salt on one meal.
I wish i could say that was the only issue I encounted with this place, but sadly it was not. Dont het me wrong, the food had nice flavors, just too much salt.
The complete and total lack of communication/letting us know when the food was ready, was horrible. We literally sat there for at least 30 minutes waiting for our food, at least. We just thought maybe with the 3 PEOPLE that were also there, they might be backed up with orders. They had our #, never got a message and we were sitting right outside.
I have an idea, how about when the foods still fresh and at least somewhat warm, let people know its ready, please. The food we received was literally ice cold. We had to go up to the window finally and ask for our food, which obviously had been sitting there for AWHILE. I could understand if it was even slightly busy, but it wasnt.
I know you are a small business trying to make it, and your not even open all year because of the seasons, but come on, try alittle harder to care from start to finish.....that's all I'm asking, please

I enjoyed an amazing meal here! The chicken patty was well made and the sauce had the perfect amount of spice. The bun and toppings were fresh, which made the burger perfect. I also enjoyed the vegan cookie, which was soft. The customer service was amazing and the owner is so friendly! I’ll eat here again!

Delicious taste and texture! The beet burger had toppings that paired perfectly. Their pickles were a good addition and balanced out the texture. The atmosphere was also really fun.
