I have had the brisket, DiddyDawg, and DiddyBoy. All of which were good. Nothing stood out as unique from a food perspective but the environment is great for a low key night out in a small town. The restaurant used to be a church so there's plenty interesting to look at. The stain glass windows are still in place. I have not tried their craft brews yet. I've found waiting for a place to be open for a bit is the best bet when tasting beer straight from the source. This place has only been open for a week. Staff was very friendly even though it appeared they were still learning the ropes.
If you're looking for backyard bbq and chips this is the spot. Staff was amazing, beer is great but the good missed the mark. Maybe once they get going possibly expand their menu to include other sides and insure they have enough product for each day they would be amazing. Probably wait a few months and try again.
First time here and it was very enjoyable. The ribs with macaroni salad for me, ribs with the potatoe salad for my wife (which she absolutely loved the potatoe salad) Our son got the pulled pork sandwich and chips. The pulled pork was good and he ate the whole thing. The service was outstanding. A great beer selection both commercial and locally brewed.
