    We've been craving fried chicken, but on Saturday afternoon, their computers were down, so we were turned away and very disappointed. I returned on Monday evening and when I tried to pay, my credit cards were declined. A manager walked over and offered to pay. I refused, but he insisted and said I could pay him back. Unfortunately his credit card was declined too. It turned out that the credit card payment system was down. Instead of turning me away, they gave me our $35 meal for free. We have enjoyed this KFC on several occasions since moving here a few years ago, but we will start to frequent this location more often just because of the EXCELLENT customer service. Customer service like that is hard to find these days and greatly appreciated! Thank you again for a delicious dinner!
