Minsky's Pizza

Love the pizza and wings, always enjoy the atmosphere! Definitely love going to watch sports up there. The managers Tara and Michael are great! All the employees are very respectful Love bringing my family and friends up to hang out and eat pizza!

I have to honestly say that Minsky’s in Liberty Has taken hot pizza and a cold beer combo to the next level! Their selection of top shelf liquor and signature drinks local to KC makes Liberty a one of a kind experience. Then to top it all off Addison our server treated us as a courtesy was not an option. Addison was friendly and informative - funny And best of all we felt her sincerity! We will be back- again and again!

Minsky's always had great pizza, but the problem with this location has been the service. Tonight that was not a problem. There were plenty of servers available and everyone working was happy and working together to get things done. Would have been 5 star but the pizza was a little burnt and the bartender didn't automatically give me the best deal but charged full price. Still very much improved.

Love Minsky's Liberty location. The staff and the service are really good and I really like the open layout of the restaurant. The food has been great every time we have been. You cannot go to Minsky's and not order a salad with the peppercorn ranch. It really is the best salad ever. We recently tried to the new KC Joe's barbecue pizza and it was amazing. Hope to see more collaborations like this in the future. Chicken Z-Man pizza??? Tara is awesome and so helpful. We will definitely be back.
