“I ordered 3 items off $1 menu. 1. Mini chicken quesadilla...it was awesome! Great flavor. 2. 3 layer nachos. It's ok I guess. I ate most of it. 3. Cheese & rice burrito. Gross. I'm not sure what kind of seasoning they put in it but it ruin the whole thing. Just rice cheese and beans please. Service here is usually pretty good. “While I do not eat meat so I can’t comment on the quality of food, I am a doordasher and frequently stop by for online orders. I used to turn down orders from Dickey’s BBQ pit before the new management took over. I am so glad I can go to pick up an order and not have to worry about employees closing up shop an hour early and driving off anymore! The place also has took a 180 in cleanliness, friendliness, and over all operations. Great job new management!!”

“We were recently in Kansas City for a few days and we actually stopped here twice to eat. The restaurant was clean, and our servers at both visits were great! Both days we were seated right away. Food is absolutely delicious, and portions are large. I had breakfast the first time. Bacon, scrambled eggs, hash browns and pancakes. So good! A few days later I had lunch. A bacon cheese burger and fries. Again... delicious! We went for a second time because we brought new people with us. We will most definitely return when we are in KC again.”

“Ordered curb side on Sunday because of the shutdowns. They were offering specials that helped them reduce food waste. Really creative specials that were delicious even after picking them up to go and a car ride home. The woman who delivered was very nice and reassuring that they were taking all necessary precautions and was extremely thankful that we chose to support a local restaurant. Highly recommend even if it's take ou out, but looking forward to a sit down experience in the future.”

“My family went here for lunch for restaurant week. The menu offered several options. I liked the tortilla soup and my son enjoyed the Caesar salad. For our entrees I got the spicy chicken sandwich. I asked for it without the bacon. I did find a small piece of bacon on it though so be careful. I liked the flavor and the fries were decent with a bit of seasoning. My son liked his burger. For dessert I got the cheesecake and my sister got the chocolate cake. The plates the desserts were served on were warm. I do wish they had been chilled or room temp. Our server was great. Attentive, filling our drinks, and clearing dishes. She checked on us several times. Overall we had a good meal.”
