Raku Hibachi & Sushi Smithville

The best hibachi in town. I feel like this place doesn’t get as much attention as it should but the food was amazing. Yes, it is in a food truck but don’t let that fact discourage you from going there. Their menu is huge with lots of options. Also the serving size for is very above average.

The idea to make sushi rolls with just white fish and crab is not good, the inside of such a roll is just soft and mushy. (Firecracker roll).

But, The idea of having sushi on a truck in Smithville is great!!! The tempura was good and if I had I ordered something else, this review would have probably been different!

Wow... this is not your "traditional sushi"... but... it is delicious. Highly recommend it. The jalapeño poppers (i forgot what they call them) are awesome. Everything was delicious.

Absolutely scrumptious! They were quick with our order. Friendly on the phone and they have the best spring rolls i have ever had. Not greasy and gross, all the flavors came through crisp and clean taste. Nice thick sauce that doesn't spill everywhere. We will definitely be ordering again! Thanks and keep up your great cooking!

I thought it was just ordinary foodtruck, but i was so wrong about it. If you need a really good quality food with some reasonable price this is the place that i really recommended to go to. Try their fillet or some yumyum shrimp bento box, you cant go wrong with that. I would rate 12 out of 10 for this place, keep up the good quality guys 🤙🤙🤙
