My daughter and I went to Popo's Restaurant on the way to the Lake of the Ozarks. It is not really easy to see from the road but in Eugene Missouri there's only a few buildings anyways. Everything there is homemade absolutely everything. Plenty of parking a decent menu to choose from Plenty of seating very kind employees and owner. We actually found ourselves looking out the window practically nose-to-nose to a couple cows actually calves. I highly recommend stopping here again everything is homemade. take the exit the one and only exit to Eugene hang a right which you'll see a gas station and Dollar General but if you look over to the left there is a bank and a plaza that is empty but Poe's restaurant is right there on the end and I assure you they are open and ready to serve you.

Real mashed potatoes on the buffet. Mighty good.

Great little cafe. We went early on a Thursday. Staff was very nice, food is delicious. Watched some cattle through the side window.
