Pizza Underground

Pizza, like beauty, oft lies in the eye of the beholder. That said, as a Jefferson City native, I’ve grown up conditioned to hometown favorites. But now, the paradigm has shifted and the bar has been raised by my new favorite place for pizza in Jeff City: Pizza Underground.

From a super-friendly staff, to a perfectly balanced caesar salad, to fresh meats and ingredients, to the best crust in town… THIS is the best pizza in Jefferson City. (Best Chicken BBQ Pizza I’ve ever had in my life—can’t go wrong with putting succulent strips of bacon on it). Cannot recommend enough!

Went around 5pm, the service was quick and everyone is very friendly! The Caesar salad was delicious and so was our pepperoni and mushroom pizza! Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Staff was incredibly nice and accommodating.

Tried several different types of unique pizzas; all great combinations! (The bacon and pickle was a bizzare and tasty surprise!)

Excellent Neapolitan style pizza!

12” — aged dough thin crust — semi crispy bottom crust — good chew — fresh mozzarella & ingredients.
