Waited about 10 min in drive through at 3:30pm so not bad. Staff were very cordial and friendly. Ordered two 4 piece tender meals, one with fries and other chips. Both had plenty of each. Fries were so so at best. My chips were very good and fresh. Only issues were one of the meals was short a tender and the size of the tenders are puny. 3 of the tenders equals the size of just one tender from Lee's chicken.
Overall not terrible for a new store but if I want chicken, Lee's is still the best in town. A little cheaper too.
As always the food is delicious however, the two times I've been to this specific store I requested extra slim sauce. The receipt showed that both times I was charged for the item bot I did not receive the item both times. I even asked the second time if they included it at the window. I was told it was in my bag. Luckily the second time I learned my lesson and checked before leaving. I had to park and go inside to request the item.
Staff was pleasant but didn't get what I ordered. I only ordered a drink and ranch chips and the chips were plain, no flavor and didn't taste fresh. It was very late so maybe they arent fresh made at order?
I had the chicken wrap. It tasted very good but it wasn't wrapped very tight and my chicken kept falling out. My sister had wings. She raved about how good they were. They sure smelled good.
Solid 4½ stars. The restaurant is new, and the service was spot on. They take your order at the counter, issue a numbered table tent, and deliver your food to the table hot and fresh. I ordered the Classic basket, with 4 tenders, a generous helping of very hot and delicious fries with skin on, with two wedges of Texas toast. I chose the Korean BBQ sauce to compliment my wedges, and it's quite delicious on the fries, too. My son had the Cayenne Chicken sandwich with Ranch chips, apparently a kettle-fried offering.
The tables have napkin dispensers and Heinz ketchup bottles. There are additional condiments between the two drink fountains. There's a variety of sodas, lemonade, and teas to choose from. We selected a cup size upgrade to a large, receiving a reusable plastic cup. Lids and wrapped straws are on the fountain bar.
The wedges were good, just the right breading and bite, fries were less salty than some offerings, but they're still really tasty. The Texas toast was golden, and went well with the meal. My son loved the sandwich, but wasn't thrilled about the chips. Couldn't really taste any seasoning, but I dipped them in my sauce and enjoyed them anyway.
Overall, good place to eat. Restaurant is very clean and tended well. We plan to visit again, and this time try another offering. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
