Beautifully decorated, loved the chandelier over the bar. Interesting cocktail, wine list, lunch and dinner menu. We had crab cakes and will be back to try more. Great experience and chat with bartender.
Brand new venue in downtown New Haven, and it's a good one. Lots of beer, great mixed drinks, and a decent wine list. We only had time for a glass so we didn't get to try the food on this visit but we will be back.
Beautifully restored historic building. Interior remodeled CA chic warm, comfortable, welcoming. Premium an extensive wine selections. Sunday brunch is a destination visit. Nicely varied dinner & lunch menu. Well worth a detour off the main road.
This place is great! Great find in a historic riverfront town.
Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. Amazing original hand-crafted cocktails, wines, food and service. Staff are knowledgeable and make great recommendations.
To be fair, we were almost the only people in the place at 2pm on a Saturday, but that's expected and usually why we like to go at that time. It's a bit upscale; the service was great. My BLT was really good and very large. My husband's pizza was good (Peperoni), but he said he wished it had onions and tomatoes on it also. It was only a 12" and was a bit pricey for that size, but he said it was really good.
My old fashioned was really good also. I would have given this a 4.5 if I could have, just because of the prices, but didn't want to slight them since everything else was very good.
