Dunno about the bad experiences, but I love coming here at least. Its close to my house so its nice
Sandwich was made ok .At the time they were only excepting exact change and not debit cards either, Which made the girl working seem very agitated
Cool place in a Small Town. People were nice and very "clean" minded about food preparation.
They don't get 5 stars for only one reason. When I ordered online they said to go immediately to the Express Pick Up line and I wouldn't have to wait. When I arrived there was quite a long line so I moved toward the Express Pick Up station. There were three employees working and one of them was just standing at the cash register, which is also the Express Pick Up Station. The employee who was making the sandwiches noticed me and asked if he could help me and I told him I had a "to go" order. He said he would be with me in a moment that as I could see they had gotten busy. At that point I assumed my sandwiches had't been made yet, even though online ordering had told me what time to pick up my order. After he made several more sandwiches he must have realized that there were two other employees that could be helping me and I got my sandwiches. Why is there this problem? I'm barely able to stand at Subway long enough to order a sandwich, which is why I order online. I'll try it again soon, because it is a great idea if it is then implemented in the store.
On a good note, the sandwiches were perfect and delicious!
