I so wish I didn’t try his food. I’m now definitely hooked! Not much of a food truck guy generally speaking but certainly am now lol clean, fresh, delicious!

Found this little treasure a few weeks ago and we’ve been back multiple times! Great food and there’s something for everyone including those who are a bit more adventurous. We’re fans of the General chicken and the recently added of Orange chicken is DELICIOUS. This isn’t just Springfield Chinese either. The flavors and spice are wonderful! My husband loved the jerky and rice which you eat with your hands. I also love the sweet chili dipping sauce for the egg rolls. The owners are super friendly and kind. We will definitely be frequent customers!

Pa Chan’s: This is a great little food truck on west republic road that offers delicious Chinese food at a great price! I’ve eaten here a few times and I’ve not been disappointed yet. He’s always happy and offers great service, gets the food made quick at a great price! The very first time I ate here I rolled in at 8:01 (I didn’t know they closed at 8) he had already locked up the truck but as I was turning around to leave he flagged me down and said he’s open back up. I told him no but he insisted! I’m a customer for life!

If you haven’t ate here you are missing out!! Hands down best food in Springfield and surrounding areas!! My husband and I could LIVE off their food, never disappoints! The staff are so friendly and really do go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. You will always be greeted with a smile and feel the appreciation for stopping by! To top it off, they get your food out to you very fast. This is the only place we will ever go to. Thank you guys!!
