I found this restaurant after searching for restaurants near my location from the Love’s truck stop. My experience was amazing! My food was good! I got the veggie quesadilla with a side of beans and rice, and the queso dip for my chips. I also got a peach margarita! Everything was bomb! My server Carlos was so so perfect! He checked on me often and made sure I was enjoying my food! Shout out to Carlos! If I’m ever nearby I will definitely be going back!

Four stars for now, as I've not liked their food on previous visits but everybody deserves a second chance, right? So its been a few months. The food and service were both amazing this time. If I'm as pleased next time it will be 5 stars.
I had a jumbo margarita and Pollo with rice and beans with cheese dipping sauce. All was good. When I asked for lemon with my water, I got it with my water, not 2 trips later like most times. I asked for no salt on my margarita and was asked if I wanted sugar instead. Very nice!
I'll definitely go back.

Great food, great service and great atmosphere! Lots of delicious food options. I'll definitely be coming back to try different things.

I ate here with my family for a Father's Day dinner, the weekend of, and I had a good time. I ordered their Veggie Burrito, and I really loved it for a vegetarian dish.

My son and I enjoyed our meal at El Paraiso tonight. We were seated right away and the service was great. The complimentary chips and salsa were good as well as the side of guacamole I ordered. For our main dishes my son ordered Suiza enchiladas and thought they tasted great, and my Asada tacos were really good as well.
