Bao Bao Chinese Bistro

This unique Chinese dining experience is currently offering in location dining as well as call in take out orders. I have not tried the intestines because something in my head makes it very hard for me to eat that but I'm sure that they are surprisingly delicious. When you go to Bao Bao do yourself the favor of ordering something that you normally would not order and get ready for a delicious surprise. I got the black bean clams last time I was there and they were amazing. This restaurant offers something a little different than your typical Chinese Fair. I think the next thing I'm going to order will be the lion's head meatballs I'm so curious about them and I know it's just going to be a explosion of deliciousness in my mouth. I normally get the brown sugar soy pork belly which is like delicious bacon tasting morsels in a thick, sweet soy sauce. The oil fish is delicious. I just can't go on enough about this place. It's really affordable too and somewhat exotic if you ask me. When you're in the mood for something different, affordable, and delectable, check it out. You will not be disappointed.

Genuinely the BEST chinese restaurant in Springfield. If you're a fan of flavor, this is totally the place for you!! I HIGHLY recommend their pot-stickers, those things are awesome :D

Found this place on google and was immediately interested due to its name. Boa is a pretty tread tip all dish and I Would not have expected a lot of diners to be familiar with it in area.

Made plunge and ordered with my lunch mate the Mongolian Beef Grill and the Meatball Hotpot. They were both exquisitely prepared, tasty and fresh. The hot pot was executed to perfection.

As a road warrior I would put this place on par with anything in San Francisco it New York. Don’t miss this place!

The food was hot and fresh. Everything we had was great! The food was very consistant. The prices were very fair for the portion sizes. We had left overs the next day and I am going to say it might of even been better than the original meal. We will be back for sure.

Great egg drop soup and hot sour soup. Huge servings. Best Chinese food we've had in the 4 months we've loved in the area. Recommend the seafood platter. Don't remember what it was called. Really tasty seafood.
