Buckingham Smokehouse Bar BQ

Very good bbq. They have a creamy horseradish sauce that makes the flavor pop. The fried okra is fresh and I could have eaten a tub of the potato salad by itself.

I got the pulled pork which was great! My girlfriend got the beef brisket and it tasted like gas. So I had to share my pulled pork with her. So I definitely think 5his place is good but it was a bad day to try the brisket I guess. We have had it before and it didn't taste like that so I'm not sure what the problem was this last time. We are still overall pleased. I love the cheesy corn and the homecut french fries.

This was pretty meh. It smelled good from outside though.
I got my order to go, and had to travel just across the street to my hotel, so it wasn't a long wait until I ate.
The ribs were cooked perfectly, but they were under-seasoned except for sweetness.
The brisket was a little more salty, but it was sliced so thin that it dried out as I ate it.
If you like bbq sauce more than I do, that would probably help, but I don't want to HAVE to add it to my brisket...
Fries were almost good, but a little under cooked, so they were pretty soggy by the time I got to them.
The beans were the best thing on the plate for sure.

This was my first time eating here. My partner and I both had a very delicious meal. He had the burnt ends. I tried his and they were the perfect example of what you'd want. My brisket sandwich was so delicious and the brisket was perfectly tender in every way. It was sliced in exactly the right thin pieces. Plus the BBQ sauce was absolutely amazing.

Also highly recommend their cheesy corn! It's the best corn I've had at any restaurant. Their fries are clearly cut up in house and fried as well. Best fries in Springfield.

The food was good and the employees were really nice. The only thing that would have made our visit even better was if the flies weren't bothering the customers.
