    Onion rings were not fresh & sandwich had to be remade.. twice. But, the employee's were respectful.

    Did not get my drink or fries, requested NO PICKLES and of course, got pickles. It was a mobile order. Should have been easy.

    Food was warm not hot. Employees need to do better with wearing gloves and masks in store. If their going to drink as least do it without customers looking at you while you're in the back.

    I like this location but the kitchen makes so much noise the poor lady taking orders can't hear and this causes issues. The dining room is open so there is a good amount of seating. ? burger was cold. This has been an issue with every burger King I have tried in the springfield area.
