    The charm and warmth of customer service is fading out. Smiles are disappearing. Definitely need to address that .

    The young man who served me (I think his name was Jeremiah) was really nice and helpful. I asked a lot of questions and he was very patient.

    Its hard to have the chik fil a experience in the mall with all the noise and people, but they do it keep their attention on you and still have that amazing customer service they are known for.

    Food was good, warm, and service was pretty good, especially for what seemed like a really busy weekend evening in the drive through.

    The staff outside seemed a bit... Arrogant to me, but in the end, were okay and we got all that we ordered.

    We ordered through the app, and had multiple mobile orders in one car, and they seemed a bit frazzled about that?!

    Overall, would recommend.
