Best place to grab lunch in this area. These people know how to do meat right!

The S Campbell location is one of the best BBQ in the city.

I went to the East Sunshine location
The first 4 customers for lunch ordered Burnt Ends, that's how good the reputation is from their Flagship store. Just OK here.

I was the only customer in the store when I ordered for dine in.
They still screwed up my order. Forgot the pickles & onions.

I dont do sides at BBQs, they have the standards, beans, slaw, tator salad

Was good. But didn't hold up to all the hype I had heard. Not sure if it was an off day.

Omg! I can not express fully how amazing this place is.

A friend of mine was bragging about how amazing the burnt ends where here after having left another local restaurant that sells them to.

They are pricy but it is SOOOOO worth it. Everyone in my house thought i was crazy for spending as much as I did. And I was a little mad at first myself bc it seemed to look like a small amount for a hefty price.

But my God the Burnt Ends are simply Devine. We jokingly not so jokingly call it Meat Candy. So tender, so tasty and so filling, perfectly season and the sauces they have rock. The chili blew me away and the jalepeno corn was like Whoa.

Needless to say I went 3 times in one week and having to keep myself from going because money but my oh my. I would eat here every day if I could afford to.

Love Love LOVE this place sooooo much!

You can't dispute the fact that their BBQ is great. However, my disappointment rests in the fact that you cannot order ahead for takeout as it is first-come first-serve. That's to say, if you are taking extra precautions during this time, be aware of this. I would encourage City Butcher to offer takeout or online ordering so that those of us who are doing their best to stay safe during the pandemic can also support local business. Even the famed BBQ restaurants in my hometown of Kansas City are offering takeout and curbside pickup.
