Craft Sushi

We really enjoyed our first visit to Craft Sushi. The menu has both their "signature items", with poke bowls and rolls, and a build-your-own option where you choose a base starch then a protein, veggies, and sauces.

We were not disappointed by the Mermaid and Thai Chicken bowls and the New Cali Roll was very good.

We highly recommend them and will be returning soon.

I picked up an order for the delivery service I work for. The staff WAS on their game! Pleasant and organized. Very clean place even though they were busy. Order as always was perfect and ready to go! It neans a lot to me that the staff welcomed me and were very sweet and professional to me. Niceness goes a long way to making my day!

Friendly staff members but the options for what I wanted in a poke bowl were not on my favor. Everything was fresh but just wish that this place offered actual salmon, octopus, squid, fish eggs etc etc, And more options to drink. Overall the place was nice and clean and definitely the most healthiest poke bowl I've ever had. I recommend the ginger ale beverage. Very very good.

Let’s start with the Staff: Awesome. The entire staff is happy to serve, and that says a lot about their food.
Then there is the food: I love Poke Bowls. I miss them from my time on the coasts, so to find a local place that does it right is so refreshing.
I tried a roll last time, just because I needed to know, it was good, simple, clean and well crafted. But I will be sticking to the bowls, because that’s their greatest specialty.
