Craft Sushi - Southside location

The owner/manager(?) is almost always there every time I go to either location and she is just the absolute best person. I'm so glad she was there the first time I took my best friend and her 3 little kids who can be picky eaters. She gave them samples of each thing to try and was so patient and understanding!! The kids were so proud of themselves and actually ate new things because she made it such a positive experience. Highly recommend their service, their food and their heart.

I don't live in town, but I travel to Springfield for work a lot. And I eat here at least once every single trip. Absolutely incredible food with fast service. Freshest ingredients with in-house sauces, fantastically cooked rice, and a fusion of flavor in the mouth. EAT HERE! You heart and your belly will thank you.

So this was my first time here. I have some dietary restrictions, and they tried to accommodate me even though I didn't really mention it until the end. Now I know to inform them before placing my order. My dietary restrictions are Bible based. This means I follow the Dietary Laws in Leviticus chapter 11. No pork, shellfish, or unclean fish such as catfish, raw meats, and other foods, of which the list is too long to post. They did explain that they will do their best to accommodate any allergies or restrictions, but if they're not aware of such, then there may be a possibility for cross contamination. Sometimes, it's the best that can be done. The Bible did say we'd eat our food defiled. But as long as I make an effort to avoid knowingly consuming unclean foods, I can only pray for the best. 🤷🏾‍♀️

That being said... I ordered the Thai chicken bowl, and it was pretty good. I also ordered the Cravin' Korean sushi roll. They used beef, which I never had in a sushi roll. It was delicious. I finished it, and now I'm stuffed and need a nap. Still have leftovers from the bowl 🥣. Would definitely recommend this place, and if you have any dietary restrictions, please let them know, and they will accommodate to the best of their ability. 😍🤤😋🥹 I got some yum yum for my tum tum...

I love the Thai chicken bowl and it’s always fresh & tasty! Just tell them you have an allergy (if you do) and they’ll help you pick something wonderful and even use different work areas to prevent cross contamination! Super super friendly staff as well!

Just tried their new location for the first time and had a wonderful experience! I love all of their meal options including gluten free and vegan choices. Lots of flavor, fresh tasting food and great service!
