    The best tomato soup ever! And the pie! Grilled cheese is fantastic. Love this place.

    Really good food and nice atmosphere! Our waitress was really nice and deserves a raise (not sure what her name was, but she had long brown hair and a red handkerchief tied around her neck). Pickles were rlly delicious.

    The cornbread crumble was good but the cornbread was very sweet. Wondering how a Mexican cornbread would taste in it. Also, a little more sausage in the gravy. The waffle was good but no whipped cream, man.

    Excellent. I needed something to eat before I got to the airport and wanted to see downtown Springfield, MO. I had a breakfast sandwich that was perfect - eggs cooked just right, great bacon, slices of apple added just the right texture and flavor. Arrived hot, tasty, well-presented. The chef and server were quite pleasant, helpful, and just the right amount of paying attention and leaving one alone to eat.
    If I ever return to the area and want breakfast, I'm heading here.
