This is a great place to get fresh and nutritional meals already prepared. You can go in and get a weeks worth of meals and the nutritional values are on the labels. You know exactly what you are getting. Very healthy place to eat.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was delicious, easy to read and understand. Each individual meal was around $10 not including the drink however I go to go to McDonald's and get a Quarter Pounder meal for $7 and it's not as delicious or healthy as Eat Fit Go's meals.

This has healthy, tasty food. The staff is friendly and very communicative. Best 2 min make meal I've ever had. Try the salmon. It's a very modern and calm setting as well kinda small but when your on the go it's all good.

This place is awesome and can help make your life so much easier. I buy the meals here for much of the busy parts of my day. It's so convenient and I have to cook a lot less. If you're in college, want an easy start to good nutrition, or just a simpler way this place is really helps. They label how many calories, fats, carbs, and protein on every meal and they taste amazing for on the go! You don't have to feel guilty about enjoying a meal during a busy lifestyle with this place.
