    I came here for subs with my family on Friday night, and it was overall a great experience. Young lady in a red shirt made sure to ask how we were, then followed our order through the whole time. She was very kind and because of that we’ll be back. Plus the jamaican jerk is to die for

    Had the Hero. I must say that Firehouse is consistently a good sandwich. Great bread, great meats and fresh veggies make a good sandwich. My only critique is I wish they would peel one more layer off the onions... That last layer is still kind of thin and papery.

    Fantastic sandwich joint in Springfield, MO with an excellent brisket sandwich and chip combo. The dining room is open for in lobby dining and takeout orders as well as order ahead options.

    Best dam sub I have ever had. No joke. Beef brisket with sautéed onions and peppers. I will never buy a sub from another place. Seriously hands down the best dam sub ever.
