HuHot Mongolian Grill

I didn’t not give bad reviews, so I’m going to keep this positive. Bar and wok staff work hard to serve each customer, a bit understaffed but that happens. Food was okay, cleanliness of the buffet and tables could stand a once over. Buffet made sing some items, but agave n, I understand staffing. Hostess was probably the wrong way to start, not very helpful but it could have been a bad day. Wok staff were the highlight, fun and engaged the crowd while being efficient.

Had lunch with an old friend here. Our server Bobby was great at her job. She kept checking in on us even after we paid the check. Large selection of items to choose from. The cooks were fast and the food cooked properly. I'll be back.

Had lunch today for the first time at this restaurant. Barbara my server was absolutely the most kind and caring individual I've met in a long time. She even asked me if it was my first dining experience with them and I said yes. She explained how the system worked and wished me happy eating! All of the product, vegetables, proteins, sauces are all fresh and cooked directly for you at the time you hand them to the Mongolian Grill cooks! I will definitely return soon. Thank you again Barbara for an excellent dining experience!

Great place to eat if you have a hungry group of people! So many options for meat, veggies, noddles, and sauces. Not cheap, but like I said, if you are hungry you can make it worth it. If you are just wanting a plate of stir fry it is not worth the price. We have never had any issues with staff, the cooks always do a great job and make it fun for kiddos around. Once you know what sauces to add and what you like it makes it more enjoyable! The biggest thing I would change is to have fresh meat and not frozen thin pieces. I have been to other restaurants like this and the meat is much better quality. All in all it is a good place and fun to try new flavors!
