Jersey Mike's Subs

Crowded during peak meal times. Sandwiches are fantastic. However, watch out for someone else grabbing your sandwich when they call your name, especially if you have a common name! Some random person grabbed my sandwich, and I didn't notice until I got his. The personnel, however, handled it like champs. The hot sandwiches are excellent. I haven't tried the cold sandwiches yet.

Yesterday was the first time I've ever eaten at a Jersey Mike's. I stopped in at the Glenstone location, I took some time reading the menu, and was greeted with a nice "Welcome to Jersey Mike's". The staff was very friendly and asked if they could answer any questions for me. The young man that made my sandwich was extremely professional and even recommended a few options. I got a giant club, grabbed a mountain dew, and some chips, and then went to pay. My card declined and I figured it was just my chip so I asked him to run it again. And again, it declined, I said well this can't be happening I know I have money in my account. Now the line is starting to build up, people are behind me waiting to pay and I check my phone and realized my truck payment had been Auto withdrawn so I didn't have as much money in my account as I thought. The staff was very generous, and understanding, they help me out and I got my sandwich which I thoroughly enjoyed but even more so because of their professionalism and their kindness. I will now be a regular at Jersey Mike's. Not to mention the sandwich was REALLY GREAT, and I'm only sorry that I hadn't eaten at a Jersey Mike's, sooner in my life. Today I will be going back in not only to get a sandwich but to leave a very generous tip. With all the negativity going on in the world it was nice to see their professionalism and kindness. I figured letting somebody know that their staff did a fantastic job and I hope that the staff get some kind of recognition. Well done!! And Thank you.

Not bad! Similar to Penn Station not as good as which-wich but better than Subway. Staff was friendly and accommodating to us.

Service was friendly, sandwiches were made accurately and quickly.
#13 Giant-The Original Giant was nice flavorful sandwich. Plenty to share for two adults. White bread was fresh!
#7 Reg-Turkey and Provolone. Tasted fine, nothing exceptional, no complaints.
Restaurant was clean and cool on a warm day.

The guys at the counter were friendly and engaging with everyone that came into the store. Quiet at this time of the day. The Sub that I ordered was on a rosemary herbed loaf, chipotle was creamy with just a hint of smokiness. Perfect 10/10 first time eating here.
