Kai was a lovely experience! My sushi rolls were amazing, loved my Orange Dragon cocktail, and the ambiance was beautiful.

The Oh My God roll is definitely worth coming

I had a misunderstanding with my order last night. I think the miscommunication was 90% on me, but I was very dissatisfied by the way more order was taken and then eventual price of the meal (much higher than it should have been).
When I picked up my order I was too flustered (they were busy) to really explain my issue. I called when I got home to see why I got something so different from what I thought I ordered. The manager I spoke to (male but I don't know his name) was very polite, and even called me back to resolve the issue further after he spoke with his employees.
I am extremely happy with the way the issue was handled and appreciate their customer service, especially considering I was a difficult customer. The food is always great and I will continue to support this business! I highly recommend them to everyone!

Great service! Really good quality for price sushi. I am from NYC and have eaten at many some great spots. While this was not the best ive ever had, it was pretty damn good, will 100% eat here again and reccomend to friends.
