Kuma Japanese Ramen & Sushi

I really loved it for the first time having ramen ? but the waitress was a little bit rude and didn't get the whole order right they did try to fix it but over all I loved it and would like to go back if I ever get the chance again ❤️?

If you've ever had authentic ramen, then this will definitely scratch the itch, but it's not quite there. I got mine with pork belly which was way too fatty. Don't get me wrong it was still delicious. I'm sure the service is usually fine, but we went near closing and literally had 10 minutes to eat. I'll be sure to come back and update my review once I've tried a few more things.

Kuma is quietly one of the better ramen places in Springfield. I find a lot of people don’t even know it exists, but the food is delicious. Pick ramen or udon noodles, pick your protein, pick your broth and any add-ins and you’re set. They also have sushi. I’ve never had a bad experience at Kuma. It’s great for a quick lunch with a friend.

I absolutely love this place. It has brought me much happiness! Now an addiction, I spend most of my spare time dreaming of the next thing I'll eat. It's ALL fantastic. ALL of it. For a hole in the wall joint stuffed into a pretty out if the way strip-mall, they are on point. Rolls and Bento boxes will become a staple in your life if they haven't already. Atmosphere is nice and relaxing, very limited seating and feels almost 'exclusive'. Staff is wonderful, always. Be prepared to wait if you are ordering out, or during busy times - but it will be well worth the patience. Rewarding yummy food.
