La Chiva Colombiana

¡Deliciosa la arepa! Excited to see the Colombian bus at the food truck park. The arepas and empanadas taste fabulous. I will be bringing my friends and family.

My granddaughter had an Encanto themed birthday and we decided to enjoy authentic Colombian food for the birthday meal. We tried several different items from the menu and each was more delicious than the next. I highly recommend La Chiva Colombiana.

This food truck's located where the old vegan food truck was and they have lots of vegan options. They have really good music playing and it's a cool food truck cuz it's made from a school bus. They're guacamole is the best I've ever had.

Definite 5 star place. Wait is a little long (try to call ahead if at all possible). We just tried empanadas, their cheese balls and the stuffed potato. All very reasonably priced, only about 2.50-3 dollars. More importantly, all delicious and fresh tasting. Staff was so friendly, since we were waiting they brought us complimentary coffee, which you should absolutely get if you have the chance. I think that might be the best coffee in springfield. This will definitely be a regular place for us, I want to try the other things on the menu!

Delicious! We will be back regularly. I would have never known about this little hidden gem if it would not have popped up in my news app. I will for sure recommend to everyone that I know to visit! This is my new favorite place to eat! Plenty of napkins and condiments. Best lemonade I have EVER had.
