    My drink earlier didn't taste good after waiting in the drive thru. Called in and asked the Guy that answered, by the name of Lucas if i could get a replacement. He said no problem and brought it out to us. He was super apologetic, and very nice. We appreciated your friendly service Sir, and will be back!
