Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The manager here was amazing. They missed something from my order, and so I had to go back around. Because of that, he included an extra one of them, for my kids, which was a very kind gesture! The people at the S. Glenstone location are very nice and welcoming. I highly recommend going to this location. The other location in Springfield that I know of, on S. Campbell - the people are always extremely rude, they never seem to have the food we’ve gone to order (even if it was in a mobile order), and it seems to be ran very shoddily. So, I highly recommend to go to the Glenstone location anytime you’re wanting to eat Popeyes in Springfield.
If I am going to support them, I’ll support the one that is actually professional and seems to care about their customers!

Seriously I absolutely love the spicy chicken sandwich, but service is not always good, you never know when it’s going to be good and food not always consistent! When it is it’s fantastic!! Sandwich is not always big like this but flavor is good! I’ve been to many in Springfield and it seems most employees there don’t care about their job!
