Starbucks

The employees were so kind and friendly. The drinks are great, of course, but the employees truly make the experience amazing. We enjoyed a chocolate almond milk cold foam nitro cold brew and a flat white with soy milk. We would love to return if we're in the area!

The person that took our order was so patient and kind. It took a little while to get our drinks but they were worth it and they even upsized one of our drinks for free. I haven't had a green tea frappe in a long time and this was freaking awesome thank you.

I visit this Starbucks often because it's the closest and I always get exceptional service. No matter who is attending the drive thru they are always polite, say thank you and tell me have a great day. Good customer service is hard to find these days but I can say I always get it at this Starbucks. Others may complain about the wait in line which isn't bad but it's Starbucks. Sometimes I pull up and line is literally wrapped around the building other times it's not but no matter what I still get great service.
