    We've lived in Springfield for over 8years and honestly we have tried so many new food trucks, specially Mexican food. I can say that this place is AMAZING. You can taste the authenticity in their food. It brings me back to my childhood! 100/10 would recommend. This is lowkey the 3rd day in a row that we have eaten here! Love it! We have tried their Mole, flautas, tacos and torta Cubana. Everything has been so dilicious. If you are looking for actual mexican flavors I cant recommend this place enough ! Amazing again!

    Just had a religious experience with these tacos. Best tacos I've had in town, and some of the best tacos I've ever had. The chicken is so juicy, the beef is so tender, the barbacoa melts in your mouth, and the buche is so flavorful. The salsa verde is also heavenly. Taqueria Mary is in a little white trailer in an old parking lot and I'd trust them with my life.

    Super nice workers and the food is amazing. Huge portions and the horchata is to die for. Go support these fine people!
