Texas Roadhouse

The atmosphere was bustling with excitement the football game was on, holiday shoppers coming in all happy and chatty. We were meeting some friends for dinner.
We shared the blooming onion and the trio with our friends. The onion was delicious, my husband and his friend polished off the trio in no time. They were eating and not even talking about the football game so it had to be good...
We chose one of the hand cut ribeye steaks (prepared medium) to share we both chose a baked sweet potato for our side. The steak nearly melted in your mouth. We had amazing food and a great time with our friends.
I gave it a 4 (four) because we had to wait over an hour, but it was well worth it.

My family and I had dinner here. Texas Roadhouse has the best steaks hands down. We have never been dissatisfied. The potatoes are real and not instant as with the vegetables they are fresh. Love the fresh rolls. The service was also great.
Tip your waitresses and waiters they depend on their tips to get by. Something is better than nothing !

From parents of 6 kids that never get out, THANK YOU!! From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with warm and friendly faces from The Host station. Only waited 30 minutes despite the place being packed and was escorted to our table by a very nice young lady. (didn't catch her name) Our server Meredith shut up shortly after and promptly asked us for drinks and appetizers and was top notch with her personality and service. Everything came out hot and delicious with just the right portions to allow us to really enjoy every course to the fullest. I assume my wife enjoyed her dinner as I didn't hear anything from her for about 10 minutes and when I looked over her plate was largely empty. I had not seen this woman pack away that much food and many a moon LOL. My chicken fried chicken was amazing and incredibly delicious. a manager of some sorts even stopped by to check and see how our experience was going so far. By far the best customer service, food, atmosphere and overall feeling of home away from home when it comes to dining in Springfield from what we have found. (Better than places here or in Dallas that we have spent triple the money on) to whoever reads this, please continue the excellent culture you have fostered among your employees because it truly shines in their customer service. 10/10 THANK YOU!!

Great to-go experience from this location! Liked the walkup pickup window outside. The order was ready at the given time, delicious, & for the price paid good portions. Food was warm and while steak was slightly past "medium" it was fine. Will order again!

Good service. Rolls were burnt, my only complaint.
