    Service is slow at times, but as someone who has worked in fast-food, let's just say, the customer is not always right, lol. The food is made to order, meaning fresh, which is great with me. Most always, my order is completed accurately and quickly. It's always hot and fresh. I have always been pleased with their customer service, as well. I love their rewards program!! And hands down, they have the "Best" classic chicken sandwich, by far!! ❤️
