“I decided to try Beef-A-Roo for lunch. Not knowing anything about the chain, I tried the suggested Roast Beef, Fries, and Soda combo. It was priced nicely and was pretty good. The chain originated in Illinois and the Springfield location is the first in Missouri. Their prices on shakes seems a bit high, but I didn't try one so I'll leave it to my next trip to see if it's worth it.”

“This restaurant is so incredibly wonderful. I would like to begin with the fact that their food is delicious. They have lots of options and all of them are great. Not only that, but the presentation of the food is gorgeous. The orange chicken was topped with an adorable orange slice and a sprig of cilantro. Most importantly their staff is incredibly nice. I have never been unsatisfied with their service. They are always polite and make the environment feel like a home.”

I ordered at the window for him (my order was mobile) What I ordered for the man, they did t have. So I got him a mocha When I got to the window, they gave me his drink free. “1st time ever eating there, we were ignorant to the fact that they were closing as we were pulling up to the drive thru! They were patient with us and took our order. We pull up and the guy tells us they actually were closed, but since I told him this was our first time, he went ahead and wanted to get our order because he didn't want our first experience to be bad! Super awesome people and great customer service. The food was so good! Piled pretty freaking good on my sandwich and the potato salad tasted just like whole hog Cafe in Springfield. So good. The only down fall was probably honestly guys, the sauces! I'm sorry! I like sweet sauce usually, but this was almost like a BBQ glaze, not sauce if that makes sense. And we weren't a fan of the Cali sauce I think he called it? But other than that, get you some BBQ!!”

“Everything was good except the waiter. The food as always was amazing but everything we asked the waiter he stated no. For example if they had the stuff to make a specific martini we were told no then a women at the table next to me ordered it and got it. The waiter blew us off and I had to go get another drink menu from the hostess. AI have $10 in cash in tip and $10 on a card the waiter then added $20 more to the tip on the card leaving him with a total of $40 in tip. “We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to this restaurant. The food portions were huge. With 2 truck drivers in the family, that's always a good thing. The chicken sandwich was amazing with the melted cheese and sausage gravy, added jalapenos and cheese to the home fries. The 2 guys had the big breakfast which is the other 2 photos, plus one plate sized pancake added on. Overall everything was delicious. Will definitely return! 👍 👍”

“We've been going to Rib Crib for years, but this was our first visit to S. Glenstone. We arrived at straight up noon and they were only a few customers dining. It was obvious they weren't fully staffed. The chicken nachos were wonderful. The ribs were juicy and tender, but barely warm, as were the sides. Brooke our waitress was the highlight of the visit, she did a great job!”

“The wife and I stopped in for lunch. The dining room was very obviously being diligently sanitized. The staff was friendly and attentive. They all properly masked (no chin diapers) and legitimately seemed to be spacing parties out with intent. The food was good, if a bit heavy on the salt. The price was a bit higher than I would have liked, but we certainly left with full stomachs an a doggy bag to boot.”
