Nice service and clean

I ordered two sandwiches today and checked toasted, neither was toasted!

atmosphere and people were nice. Even the other customers were friendly. They didn't have there new signature bread. Only reason for the 3 star.

After working there for 3 years this is what I can share with you:
1. The store is clean, always does good on inspections.
2. Some employees do a lot better at their job than others, this is unfortunate since they all receive the same training yet some Sandwich Artists consistently make sloppy sandwiches or have a bad attitude.
3. Don't be afraid to be picky, if they make your sandwich sloppy or carelessly they will remake the sandwich for you for FREE.
4. DO THE COOKIE SURVEYS! Each receipt has an offer for 2 free cookies if you do the survey, this way you can also let the management know which employees are doing well and which need to be re-trained, all while remaining anonymous. As a former employee I URGE you to to do the survey, your feedback is the only thing that can directly affect whether or not the problems you have with the store or the service you receive get attention they need.
