Bistro fried rice

So glad we happened upon this little treasure. Normally we would go to Springfield or Jonesboro but now we will come to Mountain View for Pho. Thank you for great service and great food.

We LOVE the Bistro Fried Rice and they have an amazing homemade red sauce that is the BEST sauce I have EVER tasted. The curry is also very good.

Great food. Great service. I never thought i would get this kind of food locally. But well worth the time to get. I love the curry bowl and spring rolls.

My family went, and we all got different dishes. The salads and noodle bowls are amazing, and the slaw was just about to die for! We also got spring rolls and another (I can't remember which) appetizer, and they were pretty tasty too. Definitely worth visiting!! It's a nice clean space, and the staff were really friendly. I will be taking my family there when they visit, which is the highest compliment I can give.

EDIT: Returned and found it maintained my expectations.

We ordered the Bistro Fried Rice, Chicken Fried Rice, and the spring rolls. These spring rolls are chilled and fresh with a rice wrap. They are not the kind that are fried. They are very light and refreshing. The ginger flavor dip was a nice compliment. We enjoyed the fried rice with shrimp, beef, chicken, red peppers, and onions. The rice was flavorful. I’m not sure what spice was added, but we liked it; it was different and pleasant. We would go there again. Each dish was around $12-$15 and the spring rolls were 3 for $5.99. I must mention that this place was incredibly clean as well.
