Great people. Awesome food..always coming up with exciting and sometimes unexpected daily specials.
These people are all about people... their employees, their customers and the community.
One of my favorite places to go.
Pictured below was Armadillo eggs, just because a customer requested they try it....

I kid you not.. seated and served within 10 minutes.. Excellent service and food. I recommend the pulled pork sandwich with The Memphis Heat barbecue sauce.

If your traveling on Hwy 63 through West Plains, and are Hungry, and want to try a local favorite, then this is the stop for you. The Food was on point, fresh, and excellent. The Atmosphere is really laid back, fun, and very open to accommodate a small or large group also, and the service was spot on and very friendly. This is a must stop for some good old fashion Midwestern BBQ and Americana if your in the area looking for both, this is your place. 😁

Our waitress was REALLY trying too hard to upsell products, I'm sure the management defines this as a "perfect ticket". We were a bit annoyed by the constant attention and interruption while trying to have our conversations. The food was ok, I think the pulled pork was the best. Home made chips were decent, got a few stale/chewy ones. The greenbeans were not my favorite. My loaded mashed potatoes were not hot...actually nothing on my tray was. This seems a very popular place to dine. My son liked the piece of pie he ate. The restroom is too close to the kitchen door and a dangerous endeavor for anyone visiting the loo. I would give 4 stars but I got sick the next day with the runs and I'm sure it's because the food wasn't hot.
