Apex Aleworks Brewery & Taproom

I always enjoy my time at Apex. The beers are all good, and they're not afraid to experiement with some unique beers. I've never met an unfriendly person there. The food choices are simple but good, and very reasonably priced. This is one of the brewery gems of Kansas City! I highly recommend you come give it a chance.

Greatest secret of Independence Mo. Local brewery with a wide variety of beers. With 18 beers on ta all made in house. From sours to IPA's they rotate through a bunch of different beers all of which taste distinct and original in there own way. If your a beer lover it is a must try. Also recently they added pizza to the menu and it has given a great item to snack on while traveling the diverse beer menu. Worth the short drive from Kansas City maybe just being a DD.

Very nice casual place to sit for a while, enjoy some great beer, great food, and great people working including the owners whom are there often. If you are in the area traveling or live close by, this place is a must visit if you enjoy a rotating menu of micro brews. I heard through the grapevine this evening that their peanut butter beer should be out late next week or so. I cant wait. Don't forget to arrive late afternoon to show at their home brew and BBQ/grilling store adjacent to the bar/taproom.
