    We hired Minskys for our wedding.
    Like every bride, my biggest dream for my big day was to have pizza. Minsky's in particular. When I found out that they have a food truck for catering I about died and went to heaven. We worked with Chris and he was nothing short of amazing during the entire process, from meeting with us live to go over details to ensuring that everything was perfect the day of. The entire crew was a blast to work with and we got many compliments about them, not just how great the food was and how fun of an idea it was, but how friendly and efficient the staff on the job was. They were so fun in fact, that we invited them to party with us when their shift ended. Thank you for going above and beyond, Minsky's, and for even making sure that I had a pizza to go at the end of the night! Looking forward to any other event that I can host for an excuse to hire you back!
