Wonderful food, wonderful service. Greeted at the door by a host named Stone. He was very personable and fun to talk to. You could tell our satisfaction was his first priority.

I’ve decided not to give bad reviews during Covid-19. But, good reviews are fair game. I’ve been to the Independence location twice in May 2020. This location has exceeded my expectations on both occasions. From costumer service to food quality, they have been fantastic. Thanks for being a bright spot of safe consistency.

Olive Garden will always be my guilty pleasure restaurant. I don’t go as often as I would like but when I do, I eat everything possible. I went this last week with my family for lunch. Our waitress was an older gal and she was super sweet. Got our drinks and food very quick. Our first basket of breadsticks was a little hard and not super warm but honestly, that didn’t stop me from eating 2. Currently, Olive Garden has some great lunch deals. I enjoy going for lunch because I can’t eat a whole lot and hate to spend money on giant plates of food. I can’t remember exactly what the lunch specials are, but they include soup or salad, a select dish or you can create your own pasta dish.

Must be short staff. 30 minutes finally had drink order. 40 minutes took order 50 minutes brought salad. Hour+ finally got entree. Food was good, warm not hot, problem sit in the back a while. Bill was wrong on ziosk. Got paper bill, it was right. 10 minutes after that to pay bill and leave.

Really great service. I recommend going to the Independence location. The Lee's Summit location is managed differently. My wife and I like lots of salad. The L.S. location serves a half bowl to a couple and frowns if more is asked for. You have to ask for it. The server is not allowed to offer it. They are also don't like to offer more bread sticks. All of this is contrary to their add on TV. My favorite dish is the braised beef and tortellini. Many people claim this is their best dish. It has been taken off the menu for the second time. My family had a birthday party at the Independence location in January. The service was excellent.
