    Panchos is really great. We/I keep strange hours, so the fact that they are open 24hrs is perfect. They've never messed up an order unlike nearly every other fast food place I go to. Their food is always fresh, hot, and delicious. I'd say that their prices are high, but when you take into account the consistency of the food and service, and the fact that their portions are gigantic, it's actually very fairly priced. My family loves Panchos!!!

    Pancho's is one of Kansas City's (and Independence's) "must experience" diners. If you're you're in the mood for Mexican and are looking for a quick bite at a good price, go here. They keep their locations pretty clean despite the areas they are located in, and the food is always top notch.

    Was the only one in line so it didn't take long to get 2 yummy ham breakfast burritos while the world was still asleep. I got 1 for now and 1 for later. They r huge for about $5.50 each after tax. Menu was a bit too brightly lit for sensory sensative folks. I took some comedic pix. Enjoy.
