Trying to find a middle spot for a meet up, a friend found this fine place. It is in the Adam’s Mark Hotel which is a bit strange but the food and the hospitality are anything but. The staff is accommodating with varying the menu items and there are vegetarian options. The biscuits are excellent. Everyone in our party of 5 loved their meal.

4.5 of Google would allow it.

What a fantastic little gem hidden away in a hotel. My wife and I frequent new restaurants at least twice a month so we can review them for KC. I read about a chef that moved from a pop-up location in Lutfi's to start a restaurant in a hotel and thought I must try this. This chef and his staff (maybe his wife she was such a breath of fresh air) were lovely.

The restaurant is tucked away in the back corner on the main floor of The Adams Mark Hotel near the stadiums. Sadly I'm not positive this is the best location for them, but with word of mouth, I hope for the best for them.

From the first minute you walk into the door, you are greeted with a smile and even help with their menu if your new. The menu is extensive and easily will fill all walks of life (even none pork eaters.) The food was delivered to our table within 20 minutes, and you could certainly tell it was fresh. The biscuits were flaky and buttery! The chicken was to die and their secret sauce of my goodness, yes!

We were told that they soon plan to open another location, and we can't wait to frequent it as well. We will be back and wish this lovely couple all the best.

My wife found The Distrikt Biskuit house restaurant promoted in Feast magazine and she in turn promoted them to me! We decided today was a good one to try them out and I am glad we did. Easy to find located in the lobby of the stadium Adam's mark hotel right off the highway north of Royals stadium and I435 with plenty of free parking. We shared a biscuit steak and egg sandwich and an order of biscuits and gravy. Excellent flavor, beautiful presentation, generous size portions with a clean and inviting dining room. We loved the food and Anthony made us feel right at home, like regulars even though this was our first visit and it surely it won't be our last. Thank you all for a pleasant experience, we will be back.

Came in on a suggestion from my mechanic & I owe her my life now. The staff is personable and knowledgeable, and the food.... Oh my god. Everything is so good. The texture. The taste. I consider myself a pretty picky eater, but I loved absolutely everything. The French toast sticks taste like funnel cake!
Walking in, the decor and the atmosphere are so great, very classy, but in a friendly and approachable way.
