Melina and Jackie thank you for your great customer service. I had a big difficult lunch order anf they did everything right. It was a few missing items but they're customer service made up for that. Highly recommend.
I usually hate going to this location; the service is slow and not very attentive, sometimes even borders in rude. However, I was in a couple weeks ago and a woman named Faith was working the counter. It's been a very long time since I've seen someone in the food industry work so hard especially in a fast food place. It was incredibly busy but she was rocking it, and was polite and friendly the whole time, and the orders were all correct. I hope her employers realize what a gem they have in Faith. Because of her I will give this place another chance.
As with most fast food places, the people hate their jobs. The guy seemed unfriendly at first, but lightened up. If you show personality, they will as well. If you go in with an attitude, you can't expect them to be vibrant and happy just because they're in customer service. They're human.
The inside was okay, but the outside needed work. The trash was overflowing, and looked like it hadn't been emptied for days. There aren't long lines, so no real excuse for that.
They were out of a lot of items, but it also looked like things they could easily replenish but hadn't.
It'd be nice if they smiled more...or at all.
