    Drive thru speaker was hard to hear/communicate. Thought we had pulled away from ordering therefore our order was cancelled and had to be re-entered when we reached the first window, and then initially given the wrong order at the second window and had to explain.....blah blah

    This Wendy's seems to always be out of something. Today was no different. You had the choice of Diet Coke, Minute Maid, Sierra Mist, or Rootbeer, but they were out of everything else. Then they also didn't have napkins. At least the sandwich was made correctly and was hot which is more than the fries had going for them.
